This article introduces a series of problems on safty hazads and environmental pollution in the production and their solving methods when burning briquette coal in coal gas furnace in the MCC Huludao non-ferrous metals group Co.,Ltd.Through many times experiment of nitrogen seal,the company has reformed necessarily for the related gas furnace equipment and facilities.It has sovled the coal gas spillover phenomenon of the feeding location and diffusing tube.The nitrogen sealing technology not only solved the problem in the process of coal gas production practice,but also bring some economic benefit.At the same time,it provides some reference experience.
