摘要 大学生村官的选聘工作由省、市和地方的组织人事部门承担,由于各地对村官工作重视程度不同,导致各地的村官选聘工作效果存在差异。目前,村官选聘工作存在地方自主性不够,不能达到双向选择;选聘的方式和标准不利于真正有意愿当村官的大学生入选等问题。因此,必须重视村官选聘工作,配置、配备适当的机构和人员,建立标准、规范的程序,扩大选聘范围,建立健全大学生村官选聘机制。 The selection work of university students as village officers is undertaken by provincial and local personnel organizations,which pay different attention on this work,so the effect is different.At present,the work on selecting university student as village officer has so many problems such as lack of local spontaneous,which can't be two-way choice;the way and standard are not conducive to choose the one who really wants to be the village officer.So we should lay more stress on the work of village officer's selection work,equipped with appropriate personnel and institutions,establish a standard,procedures,expand the scope and improve selecting mechanism of university student as village officer.
