神经精神狼疮25例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 神经精神狼疮（NPLE）是系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）累及中枢神经系统所致的神经精神表现,其发生率高达14%～75%[1],且可出现在疾病的各个阶段.重症NPLE 有较高的病死率和致残率,早期诊断和适当治疗尤为重要.现我们将观察到的25 例NPLE患者的临床状况作一回顾性分析,现报告如下.
