甲状腺癌中p53蛋白的表达及其与细胞增殖状态和预后的关系

Expression of p53 protein in thyroid carcinoma and its relationship to cell proliferation activity and prognosis

目的 探讨ｐ５３ 蛋白在甲状腺癌（ Ｔ Ｃ）中的表达及其与细胞增殖状态和预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化技术检测 ８１ 例 Ｔ Ｃ中ｐ５３ 蛋白表达，分析其与肿瘤细胞增殖活性（ Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ）及临床病理特性的关系。结果 ｐ５３蛋白阳性２６ 例（３２．１％ ），对照组无１ 例阳性。ｐ５３ 蛋白表达与 Ｐ Ｃ Ｎ Ａ 指数（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）、肿瘤分化类型（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）、浸润深度（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１）及生存期（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）密切相关。结论 ｐ５３ 蛋白与 Ｔ Ｃ的细胞分化、增殖和浸润特性有关，该蛋白过度表达是肿瘤预后差的指标之一。

Objective To observe p53 protein expression in thyroid carcinomas (TC) and to clarify its relationship with cell proliferation and prognosis of the disease.Methods A total of 81 samples of TC were studied with immunohistochemical method.The correlation of p53 protein expression with PCNA count and clinicopathologic features of TC was analysed.Results p53 protein expression were positive in 26 cases (32.1%) of TC with no positive expression in controls.p53 protein positivity was correlated with PCNA count ( P <0.01),type of differentiation ( P <0.05),depth of invasion ( P <0.01) and mean survival time ( P <0.05) of TC.Conclusions It is suggested that p53 protein might be relevent to the cell differentiation,proliferation and invasion in TC and its overexpression might be one of the markers reflecting the prognosis of TC.\;
