摘要 针对目前常见的应用软件系统存在不同时期开发,软硬件来自不同的厂商,数据、报表格式互不兼容,而形成的"信息孤岛"、"信息壁垒"。为实现信息共享、协调运作,保证信息系统的顺利建设,迫切需要整合资源。在此以客服部信息管理系统为例,提出了一种用同构数据库复制方法和异构数据库复制,解决不同平台系统信息交互问题,采用Web Service及XML为各系统建立查询接口实现跨平台的系统间查询,从而实现系统整合设计方案。在此以XML/SOAP/WSDL/LDDI为主干的技术赋予了Web Service与传统分布式技术所不同的应用模型,极大地提高了信息系统日常业务工作效率,达到信息管理系统整合的目的。 Aiming at that usual application software systems come from different period development and different company, and have incompatible data and report format, which form "information islands" or "information bulwarks". In order to realize information sharing and coordination operation, and ensure information system construction successfully, the resources are urgently to be integrated. Taking an example about management information system of customer service department, a good idea for homogeneous database duplication method and heterogeneous database replication is presented to solve inforraa- tion interaction problems in different platform systems. Adopting Web Service and XML to set up query interface and realize inquiry cross platform intersystem, so as to achieve the proposal of system integration design. The XML/SOAP/WSDL/ LDDI is used as the main technology to endow different application model for Web Service compared with traditional distribu- ted technology, which improves the work efficiency of information system's operational work greatly, and achieves the aim of management information system integration.
