摘要 分析了现有高速公路视频监控系统建设与运行现状下各省对交通视频监控资源联网共享的迫切需求,在交通监控域的概念下对域内资源进行统一命名与授权,制定了域内外资源的访问与控制规则,并在此基础上整合交通领域的公共视频资源,构建省域范围内的多级交通视频联网监控平台,使得省内各相关营运管理部门能够共享交通视频资源,为道路运营和管理决策提供可靠的依据与保障,并为交通应急指挥与救援系统提供良好的业务支撑。 The requirements of transport video resource sharing under the current situation of video networking surveillance system for expressway are analyzed. The rules of unified naming and authorization within the domain in line with the concept of traffic autonomous region are also presented. Besides, the regulations of access and control of resources within and outside the domain are made. Based on this, public video resources of transportation are integrated and a multilevel traffic vid- eo networked monitoring platform in a province is constructed. Thus, the correlative communications departments can share the video resources all over the province, which not only provides the scientific basis and assurance for the operation and management of transport, but also supplies the transport emergency command and rescue system with good business support and safeguard.
