PX营养合剂对豚鼠急、慢性吸烟致气道高反应的影响

摘要 目的:研究一种由本室研制的营养合剂(简称PX)对豚鼠急、慢性吸烟所致气道商反应的影响。方法:采用体积站记群方法测定气过反应性。结果:发现豚鼠进食5周PX能显著降低由急、慢性吸烟所致的气道高反应:①慢性吸烟对照组(SC组)使FEV0.1下降20%所需组胺阈浓度(PC20FEV0.1)为(0.113±0.022)mg/mL;而慢性吸烟加PX组(SP组)为(0.302±0.020)mg/mL(P<0.01)②急性吸烟后SC组各项肺功能指标如用力肺活量(FVC)、0.1s用力呼气量(FEV0.1)、最大中期呼气流速(MMEF)、最大呼气流速(PEF)等均显著下降(P<0.05),而SP组上述各项指标均无显著变化(P>0.05)。肺形态学检查显示SC组气道出现上皮损伤及炎症病变,而联组病变明显技光组轻。结论:职能降低由急、慢性吸烟所引起的气道高反应。 The effects of a mixture of nutrients (simply named Px) on airway hyperresponsiveness(AHR) in-duced by acute and chronic smoking were studied in guinea pig METHODS: Airway responsiveness was measured by usingbody pneumotachograph,RESULTS: AHR induced by acute or chronic smoking be reduced significantly by feedingwith PX diet for 35 days. The provocative concentration of histamine causing a 20% decrease in FEV.0.1)in SPgroup (smoking and PX diet group ) was (0.302±0.020e) mg/mL,significantly highe than that of SC group(smoking con-trol group) (0. 113 ± 0.022) mg/mL (P < 0.0l); Acute smoking caused a significant decrease invarious pulmonary functtional parameters.such as forced expiratory volume (0. 1s), maximum midexpiratory flow, peak expiratory flow,forced vitalcapacity in SC group (P <0.05), but there was no significant influence could be observed in SP group (P >0.05). Pul-monary morphogical studies showed that the pathologic changes of SC group were much more serious than those of SP group:very obvious epithelial damage and inflammation like changes be seen for the SC grop. CONCLUSION: PX couldreduce AHR indutal by acute or chronic smoking.
