摘要
目的:探讨丹参提取物F对胃粘膜主细胞的保护作用。方法:采用Pronase-EDTA法分离大鼠胃粘膜主细胞,观察乙醇对细胞的损伤作用及丹参提取物F对它的影响。结果:乙醇可使胃粘膜主细胞生存率下降,乳酸脱氢酶漏出增加及细胞内游离钙升高;丹参提取物F可减轻乙醇诱发的胃粘膜主细胞生存率下降,乳酸脱氢酶漏出增加及细胞内游离钙的升高。结论:丹参提取物F对乙醇诱发的胃粘膜生细胞损伤具有直接的细胞保护作用。其机制可能与减轻细胞内钙超载有关。
To study the protecitve effect of DSE-F on gastric chief cells.METHOD:Gastric chief cells were iso-lated from the rats with PRonase-EDTA.The effects of the injury by ethanol and DSE-F on the injured cells were observedrespectively.RESULTS:Ethanol could cause a decline in cells survival and an increase in LDH release and the in ease of [Ca2+]i concentration.DSE-F may reduced the effect caused by ethanol.CONCLUSION:DSE-F has protective effecton ethanol-induced cell injury.The mechanism may have something to do with cutting down intracellular Ca2+ ovedload.
