摘要
目的探讨学习与记忆是否与细胞色素P4503A(CYP3A)的活性变化有关。方法本文用红霉素体脱甲基酶活性测定法分别检测了SAM-R1和SAM-Px二组被促衰老小鼠(SAM)在7、13、36及84周龄时其肝微粒体细胞色素P4503A的活性变化。结果以SAM-R1组为对照,随着年龄增长,SAM-Px组中的CYP3A活性明显降低。结论CPY3A的活性随着年龄增长对学习与记忆有一定的影响。SAM-Px对研究有关人类衰老时记忆减退提供确实有效的动物模型。
Objective To explore whether learning and memory are concerned with activity ofhepatic cytochrome P450 3A(CYP3A).Methods The activitiy of the SAM hepatic cytochrome P450 3A (CTP3A) was assessed in vitro as erythrompin N-demethylation inmicrosomes from senescence-accelarated mouse (SAM)-R1 and SAM-P8, at 7,13,36 and 84 weeks of age in every animal group.Results CYP3A activity decreased significantly with advancing age in SAM-P8 Conclusion CYP3A plaps a very important role insenescence, and also affect learning and memory. It is suggested that. SAM-P8 may be useful as an experimental animal model forsenile memory impairment in humans.
