There are different environment of running school between ethnic regions and developed regions,so we must proceed from local actual situation,make full use of teaching resources,and must grasp the principal line of quality in cultivating talents,so as to get the competitive advantage of cultivating law talents with adaptability,nationality,occupationality,local and regional internationality.
