新建本科院校化工类顶岗实习教学模式的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of Chemical Engineering Post Practice Teaching Mode in Newly Built University

顶岗实习是实现工学结合人才培养模式的重要手段,也是培养适应地方经济建设所需高层次实用型化工技术人才的重要途径。文章在分析了传统化工生产实习模式存在主要问题及其原因基础上,对如何提高新建本科院校化工类实践教学质量提出了采用顶岗实习模式的建议,一是建立稳定的顶岗实习基地;二是制订适于顶岗实习的实践教学大纲;三是健全刚柔相济的顶岗实习管理运行机制。

The post practice is important means to realize the training mode of combining work with study,is also an important way to training high-quality practical chemical technology personnel who is suitable for the local economic construction.The common problems occurred in traditional practice of chemical engineering and technology specialty were analyzed,and the post practice teaching mode for improving practical teaching quality in newly built university were proposed.First,we should establish the long-term off-campus base for post practice;second,we must formulate the practice teaching syllabus which is suitable for post practice;third,we should build the improved management mechanism of the post practice of combining rigid management with flexible manaegment.
