摘要 根据基础教育课程改革对教师职业能力的要求和毕业生就业形势的变化,改革专科师范教育单一的初中学科教师人才培养模式,构建初中学科教师培养与小学教师培养并行、同时兼顾非教师职业人才培养的多元化人才培养模式,改革和重构课程体系,强化双证教育,培养复合型人才,增强学生的就业竞争力。 Based on new teachers' professional abilities required from the elementary and middle school curriculum innovation and employment situation,this article proposes that it is necessary to reform the single mode of junior high school teachers' training,in order to reconstruct parallel mode,need to raise junior middle school teacher and primary ones,meanwhile creating non-teaching professional personnel training pattern in line with vocational characteristic.The writers hold that we need to reform and reconstruct curriculum system for strengthening the double certificate education,developing the inter-disciplinary talent and student's employment competitive power.
