摘要
随着国际经济交流与合作进程的加快,社会对外语人才的需求呈多元化趋势,地方高校本科英语人才培养要满足社会经济发展对应用型人才的需求。本文以英语人才需求的趋势及英语人才培养的自身规律为基础,对人才培养模式进行探讨,认为确立培养目标和确定培养方向,并以此为主导进行教学模式改革,是应用型英语人才培养的关键。
The cultivation of English talents in the new era should meet the needs of the practical personnel under the social economic development.Based on the social need and disciplinary requirement,it is necessary for newly ascending universities to start re-orientation of the training objective and to reconstruct the current education modes and teaching management so as to build an application-oriented talents training mode meeting the needs of the social economic development.
