摘要
UIUC3+2项目是清华大学与伊利诺伊大学香槟分校联合推出的学生培养计划,由课程学习与企业实习两部分组成。成功的资助企业实习模式成为该项目的突出特色,也为我国"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的实施提供有益的借鉴与启示。
It is composed of the curriculum-learning and practicing in the multinational corporations in the ＂3＋2＂ program between University of Illinois Urbana Champaign and Tsinghua University.The striking characteristic in the program is that the successful practicing mode is financially aided by multinational corporations.All these will provide the reference and enlightenment for a plan for educating and training outstanding engineers（PETOE）.
