Contingency Theory in the Socialized Management of University Service Support System

本文分析我国高校不同发展时期服务保障体系社会化管理的权变理论应用;并指出在学习科学实践发展观中权宜应变的结合不同时期的社会实践和时代发展,是指导高校服务保障体系社会化管理改革进程的关键。

Universities must update the idea of university management for their development.This paper probes into contingency theory of the university service support system management in different developing stages of university.At the same time,the authors point out the contingency factors should be combined with the era development and social practice in learning practice scientific development concept activity,which is a significant step in guiding the socialized reform of university service management.
