摘要
市场对大学生的就业配置失调的原因是多方面的,其中之一是受传统文化因素的影响。传统文化因素对市场的影响作用主要反映在市场主体的心理特征、思维方式、价值取向等三个方面。文章对市场主体的"大学生"和"用人单位"两者的心理特征、思维习惯、价值取向等文化构成因素进行分析,从而揭示大学生就业市场失调的传统文化因素,以期为深入研究如何建立起有中国特色的社会主义大学生就业市场问题提供参考。
The graduate employment market should achieve a balance between supply and demand automatically,but it is not the case.The authors hold the opinion that the cause of the imbalance is the imperfect development of the employment market,and further probe into this phenomenon from the traditional Chinese cultural factors.Starting from the roles played by traditional culture on the market,this paper analyzes the cultural factors of college graduates and the employers such as psychological characteristics,thinking habits and value orientation of the market entities.Then the authors draw out the traditional cultural factors causing the imbalance of the market for graduate employment,in the hope that this paper can provide some references for the further research of how to establish a graduate employment market with Chinese characteristics.
