浙江省农村信息化水平的定量与定性分析

Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis of Rural Informatization Level in Zhejiang Province

利用第二次农业普查资料,文章从农村信息化基础设施建设、农村信息化人力资源建设和信息技术普及与应用等方面构建了农村信息化水平评价体系,对浙江省各地区的农村信息化水平进行了评价和比较研究。通过主成分分析、对比分析和聚类分析,发现浙江省各地区农村信息化水平存在明显的不平衡。最后,从加大财政投入、实现网络普及以及加强人才培养三个方面对浙江省的农村信息化建设提出了具体的对策建议。

With the second agricultural census data,this paper develops a rural informatization evaluation system from three aspects： rural informatization infrastructure construction,human resources development,and popularization and application of information and technology.Then it evaluates and compares the current situations of rural informatization of different areas in Zhejiang Province.With principal component analysis,comparative analysis and cluster analysis,it shows disequilibrium of rural informatization among various rural areas in Zhejiang.Finally,it puts forward such suggestions as increasing financial investment,universal access to the Internet,and strengthening training talents.
