为了使高职院校的新生更好更快的适应新的环境,搞好新生入学教育尤为重要。本文探讨了高职新生所面临的问题,设计了具体的入学教育方案,总结了迎新工作的体会。

The admission education plays a very important role in making the freshmen of vocational colleges suit the new environment better and faster.This paper discussed the problems faced by the higher vocational freshmen,and designed a specific admission education plan.Finally it summarized the experiences.
