高校研究型实验室仪器设备科学管理的实践与探讨

The practice and discussion on scientific management of equipment and instrument in research laboratory of universities

通过对山东农业大学研究型实验室仪器设备使用状况的调查,分析了高校研究型实验室仪器设备管理和使用过程中存在的问题:重购置、轻管理和开发不足等。提出了改进研究型实验室仪器设备管理的具体措施:严把购置关,完善规章制度,特别是提出了"两查一修"的管理方法等措施,实践证明这些措施有效地提高了仪器设备的使用效益和管理水平。

By investigation of instrument and equipment usage in the research lab and analyzing the question which instrument device management and the use of research lab in university exists,such as heavy purchase,light management and development insufficiency,this paper proposed specific measures improved by device management,control purchases strictly,perfect rules and regulations,specially propose the method of two-check up with repairs and so on.The practice proved these measures raises the operational benefit and management level of instrument device effectively.
