摘要 目的探讨TGF-β1及ERK2在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化(S-P法)检测80例宫颈癌组织、30例正常宫颈组织中TGF-β1和ERK2的表达情况,分析其与宫颈癌各临床病理因素的关系。结果 TGF-β1和ERK2在宫颈癌中阳性表达率分别为65%和75%,明显高于对照组(16.67%和13.33%,P<0.01);TGF-β1和ERK2阳性表达率随临床分期(≤Ⅱa期和≥Ⅱb期)的增高而增加(P<0.05),病理分级的降低而增加(P<0.01),有淋巴结转移者高于无转移者(P<0.01);TGF-β1与ERK2在宫颈癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.605,P<0.01)。结论 TGF-β1及ERK2的表达与宫颈癌的生长、浸润、转移等生物学行为关系密切。在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中发挥重要的作用。 Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of TGF-β1 and ERK2 in the progression of cervical carcinoma.Methods The expression of TGF-β1 and ERK2 were determined in 80 cases of cervical carcinoma and 30 normal cervical epithelium by immunohistochemical SP method.The expression of TGF-B1 and Smad4 was then correlated with clinicopathological characteristics.Results The positive expression of TGF-β1 and ERK2 were 65%and 75%,respectively.There are significantly higher positive expression rates of TGF-β1 and ERK2 than those in the control(P0.01,respectively),with the clinical stage(≤Ⅱa,≥Ⅱb)and pathological grade increasing.The positive expression rates of TGF-β1 and ERK2 were significantly high in cervical carcinomas.The positive expression rates of TGF-β1 and ERK2 in human cervical carcinomas without lymph node metastasis were lower than those with lymph node metastasis(P0.01,respectively).The expression of ERK2 positive related to TGF-β1 in cervical carcinomas.Conclusion The expression levels of TGF-β1 and ERK2 were related significantly to the invasive growth and metastasis of human cervical carcinomas.They play an important role during the occurrence and development of human cervical carcinomas.
