摘要 目的测定白血病抑制因子(LIF)在子痫前期患者血清中的表达,探讨其在子痫前期疾病中的作用。方法采用双抗夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测40例子痫前期孕妇、40例正常妊娠妇女血清中LIF的水平。结果子痫前期组血清LIF水平低于正常妊娠组(P<0.01);且子痫前期组LIF水平与平均动脉压无相关性。结论 LIF可能参与了子痫前期疾病的病理过程。 Objective To observe the changes of serum leukemia inhibitory factor（LIF） in patients with preeclampsia（PE） and understand the effects of LIF on the pathogenesis of PE.Methods The serum LIF of 40 patients with PE and 40 health gravidas was measured with ELISA.Results Compared with normal pregnancy group,the serum LIF of PE was significantly reduced P0.05.Conclusion LIF maybe involve in pathogenic process of preeclampsia.
