摘要
目的: 寻找预防及控制尿路结石的方法。方法: 在动物模型上研究玉米须及芭蕉芯提取液对肾草酸钙结晶形成的作用。将37 只小鼠分为正常对照组、成石组、玉米须和芭蕉芯组组进行实验, 3周后处死动物取肾脏分别进行结晶形态定量及钙和草酸测定。结果: 玉米须和芭蕉芯组小鼠肾脏结晶的面密度及数密度明显低于成石组; 湿肾组织钙含量各组之间无显著差异, 草酸含量玉米须和芭蕉芯组低于成石组。结论: 玉米须和芭蕉芯提取液都具有抑制实验性高草酸尿症小鼠肾脏草酸钙结晶形成的作用。
Objective : In searchin gforthe anticrystallizationmechanism by corn stigma and banana stem extract. Material and Method : Thestudy was carried out experimentalyin mice. Thirty seven male China - 1 mice were divided into 4 groups:the normal,the crystalization ,thecorn sti gma and the banana- stem extract group . Calcium oxalate crystalization wasinduced by 1 % glycoland 1 % ammonium chloride in thelast 3 groups . Corn sti gma extract was then given to the 3rd group and banana stem extractto the 4th group for 3 weeks . At the end of 3weeks,allthe mice weresacrificed and the kidneys weretaken for morphometricalstudiesusin gima ge analysis system and assayed for calciumoxalate . Results: Morphometrical area density and numericaldensity ofcrystalization has been significantlylessin the corn stigma group andthebanana - stem extract group as compared with thecrystalization group . Oxalatein renaltissue was also significantlyreduced . Both corn stigmaand banana stem extracthad no effectonrenaltissue calium . Conclusion : Corn stigma and banana - stem extractmay be usefula gentsin treat ment of patients with hyperocaluric urolithiasis.
