多巴胺联合硫酸镁治疗重度支气管哮喘的临床疗效观察

Treatment of severe bronchial asthma with dopamine combined with magnesium sulfate

目的观察多巴胺、硫酸镁联合应用治疗重度支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将57例重症支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组27例,两组均予以解痉平喘、吸氧等常规治疗,治疗组加用多巴胺与硫酸镁,7天为1个疗程,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率95%,对照组70%,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论多巴胺、硫酸镁联用是治疗重度支气管哮喘的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the dopamine,magnesium sulfate on treatment of severe bronchial asthma therapy.Methods 57 patients with severe asthma were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（27 cases）.Both groups were to be antispasmodic asthma,oxygen and other conventional treatment group,dopamine and magnesium sulfate.The curative effect was observed.Results The total effective of treatment group and control group were 95% and 70%（P0.01）.Conclusion Dopamine combined with magnesium sulfate is effective for treatment of severe bronchial asthma.
