Psychological Guidance:a Critical Process in the Cultivation of Postgraduates

研究生教育是高等教育中的高级形式,导师作为研究生学术道路上的引路人,在研究生培养中起着举足轻重的作用。从生活观、学习观、爱情观等方面探讨研究生在进行自己的人生选择时,导师应如何发挥有效的心理引导作用,对引导研究生在精神上成为更加成熟的个体,促进研究生培养和管理工作有的放矢地开展,有着重要的现实意义。

Postgraduate education is at the advanced level in the higher education system. As a guide in postgraduates＇ academic career, the tutors play an important role in the cultivation of postgraduates. This paper discusses how to effectively fulfill the tutors＇ role as a psychological guide in helping postgraduates create life plan and become psychologically matured from the perspectives of life, study and love. It is of great significance for the research to accelerate the cultivation and management of the postgraduates.
