摘要
通过实验法、数理统计法、文献资料法对80名受试(普通系科大学生20人、体育系大学生20人为对照组;健身健美操高水平运动员20人、竞技健美操高水平运动员20人作为实验组)进行测试。结果表明,与健身健美操相比,竞技健美操对改善机体有氧及无氧能力均有显著效果,竞技健美操比健身健美操更能提高人体有氧能力;竞技健美操对提高力量与爆发力素质效果显著;健美操节奏的训练目前国内并没有引起广泛关注,有运动经历者的节奏感并不比普通人好,健美操的训练可以十分有效地提高节奏感,竞技健美操尤为显著。
The method of investigation,experimentation,and documentation was used to compare the physiological effect and special diathesis between sports aerobics and aerobics.The result indicates that the sports aerobics have obvious effect on enhancing the strength and volcanic power;the coaches have not paid attention to the rhythm training,people who have training experience do not have better rhythm than the ordinary.The sports aerobics can obviously enhance the ability of rhythm.
