摘要
为提高对功能性便秘的认识并观察便秘患者胃肠通过时间的特点,对35例便秘患者通过口服不透X线的标志物用X线法测定了胃肠通过时间,结果便秘患者50% 全胃肠、口回盲、右半结肠、左半结肠、乙状结肠直肠通过时间分别是(6720±14.69)h、(8.42±1.61)h、(17.92±2.51)h、(17.90±485)h 及(22.14±800)h。35 例便秘患者根据其50% 胃肠通过时间而被分为正常传输型和慢传输型,后者又根据通过延长主要部位而分为右半结肠无力型、左半结肠无力型、出口梗阻型和全结肠无力型。结肠分段通过时间的测定对于肠道排空延迟的定位十分重要。
In order to improve our knowledge of constipation ,we determined the gastrointestinal transit time(GITT) in 35 constipated patients using radiopaque markers.The constipated patients' fifty percent of total gastrointestinal transit time(TGITT),mouth cecal transit time(MITT),right colonic transit time(RCTT),left colonic transit time(LCTT) and rectosigmoid transit time (SRTT) were (67.20±14.69)h,(8.42±1.61)h,(17.92±2.51)h,(17.90±4.85)h and (22.14±8.00)h respectively .We divided 35 constipated patients into normal transiting and slow transiting according to their GITTs.The latter also was divided into right colonic paralysis ,left colonic paralysis, the exit obstruction and the total colonic paralysis according to the segmental CTT.The determination of GITT is important in judging the slow transiting position of gastrointestine and it is more convincing in diagnosing constipation by GITT.
