摘要 用烘干法测定总含水量,用阿贝折射仪法测定自由水含量,用兰州大学生产的ZLZ-4型植物水势仪测定水势,分析藜水分特性,并与紫花苜蓿、冰草、白三叶进行比较.结果表明,四种植物含水量以白三叶为最高,冰草最低;束缚水/自由水的比值冰草最高,藜次之,紫花苜蓿、白三叶较低.四种植物抗旱能力,冰草>藜>紫花苜蓿>白三叶;藜含水量日变化中出现两个低峰,水势也呈现出两个低峰,具有"午间休眠"的特性.四种植物保水能力依次为藜>白三叶>紫花苜蓿>冰草. To measure the water content with drying method,to test free water with Abbe refractometer method,using natural dehydration to test water retention,with ZLZ-4 type plant water potential meter which produced by Lanzhou University to measure water potential of plant.At last we analyzed the water characteristics of Chenopodium album L.,and comparing with the Medicago sativa L.,Agropyr on cristatum(Linn.) Gaertn and Trlfolium repens Linn..The results showed that the water content of the four kinds plants was that T.repens Linn.was highest while the A.cristatum(Linn.) Gaertn.was lowest;The bound water /free water ratio of A.cristatum(Linn.) Gaertn.was highest,followed by C.album L.,while M.sativa L.and T.repens Linn.were lower;and the drought resistance of four kinds of plants performance that:A.cristatum(Linn.) Gaertn.C.album L.M.sativa L.T.repens Linn..The diurnal changes of water content and the water potential of C.album L.appeared two low peaks,and obvious "noon break" phenomenon;The water-retention capacity of four plants showed that:C.album L.T.repens Linn.M.sativa L.A.cristatum(Linn.)Gaertn.
