论刘基和谐思想的内容、特色及其现代价值

A Discussion on Contents and Characteristics of Liu Ji's Thought of Harmony and its Modern Values

在考察传统学术视野下和谐思想的基础上,着重论述了刘基和谐思想的内容、特色及其对传统和谐思想的继承与创新。刘基作为历史上的"三不朽"伟人,既有经世的实践经验,又有传世的所立之言,他关于构建和谐社会的思想丰富而且深刻。刘基和谐思想既继承了传统的和谐观,又有许多创新,他更着重于动态和谐的建设,主张"通其为天地之盗",认为和谐社会建设离不开"政刑",并且"政刑"是体现王道必不可少的手段之一,惩恶除奸的刑法和约束人们行为、让人事得以顺利进行的制度在刘基这里得到了更有力的强调,并且他进一步指出真正实现和谐社会,光靠顺道之"德"和确保德教落实的"政刑"之"方"还不够,更为关键的是需要德才兼备的贤能之士这剂药,以促进和谐社会得以实现。刘基把制度建设提到"王政"层面上,重视制度建设,提倡"天地之盗"思想,这无疑是对传统儒家和谐观一种有力的推进,对当代和谐社会的建设具有现实的指导意义。

Based on the traditional ideas of harmony under the academic aspect,this paper pays great attention to the contents and characteristics of Liu Ji＇s thought of harmony and its inheriting and innovation of the traditional idea of harmony.Liu Ji,as a giant of Three-Perpetuations,not only had sophisticated practical experiences,but also proposed many ideas.His thought of harmony was abundant and profound,which inherited the traditional ideas and made great creativities as well.Liu Ji advocated the dynamic harmony,which is centered on The Burglar of Heaven and Earth.Liu Ji considered that the criminal law,which get rid of the wicked,was necessary in the construction of harmonious society and was the main tunnel to show kingcraft so as to control the masses.Consequently,he pointed out that it was not enough to depend on integrity virtue and criminal law to realize theharmonious society and the most important point was the talents with ability and political integrity.Liu Ji put the system construction into kingcraft level,respecting system construction seriously,and proposed the thought of The Burglar of Heaven and Earth.It reveals a new push for the traditional Confucius harmony ideas so as to instruct the construction of modern harmonious society.
