摘要 陶行知"教学做合一"理论对师范生教学技能的培养具有重要指导意义。丽水学院的师范生教学技能训练以此理论为依据,强调内容上以"事"为中心,形式上以"做"为中心,评价上以"行"为标准,体现出知行统一、学思结合,多样性、全程化的特点与趋势。 Tao Xingzhi's theory of" Combination of Teaching,Learning and Working" has a significant instructive meaning for fostering normal students' teaching skill.On the baisis of this theory,the teaching skill training of normal student in Lishui University takes the "thing" as the central content,"doing" as the central form and "acting" as the central evaluation criterion.It reflects the feature and trend of "unity of knowing and doing,learning and thinking,diversity and whole-coursing".
