基于网络的英语专业本科生职业技能模拟实训——地方院校应用型人才培养问题与对策探究

随着我国高等教育规模的飞速发展,高校毕业生所面临的就业竞争越来越激烈,地方院校英语专业本科生的就业更是深受影响。在调研就业市场需求、毕业生职业能力的基础上,通过对英语专业本科生基于网络的职业技能模拟实训的探究,为地方院校英语专业本科生培养与就业中可能存在的问题提供可行的对策。

Competition of employment has been intensified with the fast devlopmemt of higher education in our country,which is even worse to local university students,especially to English majors in such stitutions.This article explores the possible solutions to these problems based on the research on market demand,employment needs,professional ability of graduates,and a one-year practical simulation training of vocational skills to English majors,and attempts to provide suggestions to help undergraduate education and employment of such local universities.
