摘要
目的:通过评定运动后若干心脑血流动力学指标,探讨体育系大学生力量素质与心脑血流动力学指标的相关性。方法:测试12名健康男运动员进行5分钟台阶实验后的体成分、力量素质和心脑血管血流动力学参数,分析各指标间的相关性。结果:运动训练和瘦体重含量可影响大脑中动脉各参数,但不具有显著性(P>0.05),瘦体重、哈佛台阶评定指数与平均峰流速具有显著正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:运动训练和瘦体重含量可以影响运动后大脑中动脉血流动力学参数,增加身体肌肉含量和降低体脂含量,有助于改善健康运动人群大脑中动脉的调节能力。
Purpose: This study aimed to measure the effects of exercise on cardio-cerebral homodynamic to investigate the relationship between muscle strength and cardio-cerebral homodynamic index of PE college students.Methods: 12 healthy athletes were tested.After 5 minutes of Haverford Steps Experiment,the MCA parameters,cardio-cerebral homodynamic and body composition index recorded electronically.Results: Effects of physical training and lean body mass affect parameters of MCA without significant(P0.05).There is significantly positive correlation between lean body mass and Haverford Steps index with Vm(P0.05).Conclusion: Physical training and lean body mass affect homodynamic index of MCA immediately after exercise.Increasing lean body mass and decrease body fat content might improve MCA responses in healthy athletes.
