摘要
针对6300型柴油机气缸套腐蚀磨损严重的情况,文章首先分析了6300型柴油机气缸套的失效机理,然后对气缸套再制造进行了系统的方案设计,并进行了摩擦磨损实验,通过实验得出了涂层的使用性能。
In terms of the serious corrosion existing in the cylinder liner of the 6300 diesel engine,the paper analyzes its failure mechanism,designs a systematic program,and then conducts the friction and wear test by which the coating performance has been confirmed.
