摘要
文章分析了我国开展船员专业技能适任培训方面存在的问题,提出了船员专业技能适任培训的质量保障与控制措施。
In the paper,the problems existing in the seamen training since the qualification training was carried out in China have been analyzed,and the corresponding quality safeguard and control are presented as well.
