崇阳方言文白异读的字约118个。就摄而言,频次最高的是梗摄,最低的是果摄。就等而言,频次最高的是三等,最低的是四等。就呼而言,开口字多于合口字。就声而言,频次最高的是见组,频次最低的是非组和知组。崇阳方言文白读差异有6种类型,文白读的差异主要体现在韵母上,其次是声母,声调差异最少。

There are 118 Chinese characters that have different pronunciations under written and oral conditions in Chongyang dialect.As far as yunshes（韵摄）is concerned,the characters which belong to the Gengshe（梗摄）are most and the opposite is Guoshe（果摄）.As far as degrees（等）is concerned,the characters which belong to the third-degree finals（三等韵）are most and the opposite is the fourth-degree finals（四等韵）.As far as hus（呼）is concerned,the un-rounding（开口的）characters are more than the roundings（合口的）.As far as the initials system is concerned,the characters which belong to the Jianzu（见组）are most and the opposite are Feizu（非组）and Zhizu（知组）.The different pronunciations in Chongyang dialect are under six types.
