对一例大学生同性恋心理危机的干预报告

A Report on the Intervention of Mental Crisis of an Undergraduate Homosexual

目的:通过咨询案例,提高对同性恋心理危机的认识,积累同性恋心理危机干预经验。方法:坚持保密原则,建立信任关系,采用支持疗法、认知疗法和行为疗法进行干预和治疗。效果:认知得到明显改善,情绪稳定,心理状态恢复正常,危机解除;但改变性取向的心理治疗效果不明显。结论:把握同性恋心理危机的特殊性,采取正确的干预方法是同性恋心理危机干预取得成功的关键。

In order to enhance the comprehension of the mental crisis of homosexual and to accumulate the experience of intervening this kind by means of case consultation,the author,sticking to the principle of confidentiality to set up trust relationships,adopts such methods as supportive therapy,cognitive therapy and behavior therapy to intervene and treat this kind of mental patient,and the result is that the undergraduate homosexual under this treatment can apparently improve his cognition of mental crisis,stabilize his emotion,revert his mental state and lift his mental crisis;however,the treatment of sexual orientation is not so palpable.And the finding of such goes as follows： the central to the intervention of mental crisis of homosexual is that we should have a good mastery of the peculiarity of mental crisis of homosexual and embrace a proper intervening method.
