摘要
徐特立主张＂人师与经师合一＂、＂身教主义＂的教师观,精辟地概括了教师的理想人格,对于当今教师素质的提高仍然具有指导意义。通过对徐特立教师观的研读,教师们可以得到很多有用的启示：提高素养,乐于奉献;热爱学生,严格要求;学而不厌,与时俱进;以身作则,躬身实践。
XU Te-li advocated ＂the unity of the teachers of virtue and knowledge＂ and ＂exampleism＂ of teacher,which brilliantly summed up the ideal personality of teachers.XU＇s idea is still instructive to improve the qualities of teachers today.By reading XU Te-li＇s views of being teachers,teachers can get a lot of useful insights：improvement of qualities,dedication;love of students,strictness;insatiableness in learning;keeping up with the times;settinga good example,practice in person.
