摘要
使用人际反应指针量表与大学生人际关系综合诊断量表,对257名大学生共情、人际关系的特点及其关系进行研究,结果发现:(1)共情的身心忧患维度性别、专业差异显著;幻想力维度性别差异显著。(2)大学生人际关系困扰较少,总体上处于一般偏好的水平,主要集中在交谈与交际交友两个维度上。(3)共情与人际关系各维度间存在显著相关。(4)身心忧患对人际关系及其各维度都有显著正向预测作用;同情关心对人际关系及交谈与待人接物有显著负向预测作用。
The Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C and General Interpersonal Relationship Diagnosis Questionaires are used to explore characteristics and relationship between empathy and interpersonal relation of 257college students.The results indicates(:1)There is significant difference in the dimension of mental and physical apprehension between male and female students and between students major in arts and those in science;There is significant difference in the dimension of imagination between male and female students;(2) College students don not have too much confusion on interpersonal relation,and only 2.7%of them have more seriouse confusion mainly on colloquize and person-interaction;In the gender factor,there is notable difference in the total scores of person-interaction puzzlement,manner of dealing with people,and affiliation with the opposite sex;There is notable difference in colloquize between male and female students and between cadre students and non-cadre ones.(3)There is significant correlation between the dimensions of empathy and interpersonal relation.(4)Mental and physical apprehension could positively predict the total scores of person-interaction and any other dimensionality;Sympathy could negativelypredict the total scores of person-interaction,colloquize and manner ofdealingwith people.
