摘要
采用模态分析技术对相同规格尺寸的中厚板焊接试件进行振动测试,获取试件的频响函数,并运用模态拟合法对频响函数进行处理,得到了试件前8阶固有频率、阻尼比和前4阶模态振型。研究表明,在相同边界条件下,焊接中厚板的模态频率有所增加;焊缝残余应力对中厚板频率影响率,随着板厚的增加逐渐减小;焊接中厚板与对比板相比较,阻尼比有明显地增大。
Welded plates are tested by using model analysis technology and frequency response functions are derived. Model parameters, including first 8 intrinsic frequencies and first 4 model shapes are distinguished by modeling method. Research shows that in the same boundary conditions, the model frequency of the welding medium thickness increases; meanwhile, the plate frequency influence rate of the welding medium thickness decreased gradually;compared with the contrast board, the damping ratio of the welding plate obviously increases.
