124例卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤的预后因素

PROGNOSTIC FACTORS OF 124 CASES WITH MALIGNANT GERM CELL TUMORS OF THE OVARY

目的 研究卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤预后有关因素及合理的治疗方案。 方法 １９８０ 年～１９９２ 年本院收治的卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤１２４ 例，回顾性分析有关预后因素。 结果 恶性生殖细胞肿瘤五年生存率８１ ％ ，病理类型、病期及合理的治疗是影响预后的重要因素。无性细胞瘤与非无性细胞瘤及各期间的五年生存率差异显著（ Ｐ＜ ００５） 。 结论 Ⅰ期及Ⅱ期无性细胞瘤患者行保留生育机能手术。

To study the therapeutic methods and the prognostic factors of malignant germ cell tumors of the ovary.METHODS From January 1980 to December 1992,124 cases of histologically confirmed malignant germ cell tumors of the ovary were treated in our hospital.All patients (≤40 years old) were retrospectively analysed.Factors analyzed were symptoms,FIGO staging,histologic type and treatment approaches.RESULTS The 5 year survival rate of malignant germ cell tumors of the ovary was 81%. The histologic type,staging and treatmant approaches were important prognostic fators.There was a significant difference in the survival rate between disgerminoma and nondisgerminoma.CONCLUSION Conservative surgery is possible for early stage patients wishing to preserve fertility.
