柴油对俄罗斯卤虫的急性毒性作用

Acute Toxicity of Diesel Oil on the Artemia Parthenogenetica of Yaroyoe Lake Russia

卤虫不但是良好的生物饵料,而且可以作为环境监测的生物。以俄罗斯卤虫和0#柴油为对象,研究了柴油对卤虫生长的影响情况。结果表明,0#柴油对俄罗斯卤虫的24hLC50值为114.8 mg/L;柴油浓度的增加明显影响了卤虫的生长速率和活动能力。今后研究应该关注毒物对生物形态和发育程度的影响,以获得丰富的危害数据和更合理的损失评估。

Artemia is not only one of the bio-food,but also good for environmental monitoring.Artemia parthenogenetica of Yaroyoe Lake,Russia and diesel oil（No.0） were selected to study the effect of diesel oil on the growth of Artemia.The results showed that this kind of diesel oil affected the growth of the Artemia obviously,and its 24hLC50 was 114.8 mg/L.The growth velocity and activity of the Artemia decreased with the increasing of diesel oil concentration.The further studies should pay attention to the observation of biological shape and development.Therefore more and more helpful data would be obtained from them,and those data were also more reasonable for evaluation of ecological damage.
