摘要
目的 应用细胞增殖指标AgNORs,研究兔眼滤过道成纤维细胞 (Fb)增殖规律及 5 Fu的抗增殖作用。方法 取兔眼滤过道切片作AgNORs及HE染色 ,比较 5 Fu眼和对照眼FbAgNORs染色颗粒数量。结果 对照眼滤过道的咬切口、巩膜瓣下、结膜瓣下均有Fb增殖 ,且增殖活性第 7天最高 ,第 3 0天最低。 5 Fu眼FbAgNORs颗粒数显著低于对照眼 ,5 Fu抑制率为 44.9%～ 73 .0 %。结论 5 Fu可以有效抑制咬切口、巩膜瓣下。
Objective To investigate the regularity of fibroblast(Fb) proliferation and the effect of 5 Fu after filtration surgery in rabbits. Methods Histochemistry method of AgNORs and HE was used to count the Fb AgNORs granules of 5 Fu eyes and control eyes. Results The Fb proliferation can be observed in sclerectomy area,subscleroflap area and subconjunctivoflap area.The activity of Fb reached the highest on d*!7,the lowest on d*!30 postoperatively.The AgNORs granules were statistically different between 5 Fu eyes and control eyes,the suppressive rate is from 44.9% to 73.0%. Conclusion 5 Fu can suppress effectively the activity of Fb which proliferated in sclerectomy area,subscleroflap area and subconjunctivoflap area.
