摘要 针对现有光幕靶灵敏度低、有效靶面小的不足.文中给出了一种采用线结构光激光器作为光源,硅PIN光电二极管作为接收器件的激光光幕靶设计,采用两个激光器拼接视场,接收装置设计成L形状,二者共同作用形成激光光幕,分析了光幕靶光源性能,给出结构设计,对有效靶面内的灵敏度进行了分析.气枪弹试验验证,设计的激光光幕靶在5 m×5 m有效靶面内,能够探测飞行中的气枪弹.设计的光幕靶灵敏度高、工作稳定可靠,可以用于弹丸速度和密集度的测量. Because the available optical screens have the disadvantage of low sensitivity and small effective sensor area,a new design is presented for a laser screen with a line structured light laser as the source and a silicon PIN photodiode as the receiving device.The optical screen was created by splicing two lasers for the field butting and designing an L-shaped receicing device.The performance of the optical screen source and the sensitivity of the effective sensor area were analyzed.An experiment on air gun bullets verified that the optical screen was able to detect air gun bullets with in the effective sensor area of 5 m×5 m.The optical screen works with high sensitivity,stability and reliability,so it can be used to measure bullet velocity and density.
