系统性红斑狼疮合并带状疱疹病人的临床观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing care of systemic lupus erythematosus patients complicated with herpes zoster

[目的]探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并带状疱疹病人的临床表现,总结其护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析141例SLE合并带状疱疹病人的临床资料。[结果]本组SLE病人并发带状疱疹的发生率为18.6%,皮疹类型多为寻常型,其次为大疱型、出血型以及坏死型;皮损部位以腰腹部最常见,其次为胸背部、头面部、四肢以及会阴部;本组病人基本痊愈135例,遗留神经痛4例,由于SLE死亡2例。[结论]SLE病人易并发带状疱疹,以寻常型为主,并在腰腹部感染发生率较高;应了解病人的临床表现,采取针对性的护理措施。

Objective：To probe into the clinical manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） patients complicated with herpes zoster,and summarize the nursing measures.Methods：The clinical data of 141 cases of SLE patients complicated with herpes zoster were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The incidence of SLE patients complicated with herpes zoster was 18.6%,the most rash type was ordinary type,second by turns was bulla type,hemorrhagic type and necrosis type;the most common lesion site was waist and abdomen,second by turns was chest and back,head and face,four limbs and perineum;there were 135 cases of patients in the group recovered basically,neuralgia was left for 4 cases,and 2 cases died of SLE.Conclusion：SLE patients easily complicated with herpes zoster,and the unusual type is the most,and the incidence of waist and abdomen infection is higher;so we should know about the clinical manifestation of patients and to adopt the targeting nursing measures.
