开封市2600例儿童少年瞳距、眶距与眼球突出度的测量统计

摘要 目的 掌握儿童少年发育规律 ,选择制作合适的眼镜。方法 用钢板尺和HERTEL三棱镜式眼球突出计 ,对开封市 5~ 17岁在校学生共 2 60 0例 ,进行了瞳距、眶距与眼球突出度的测量 ,并按年龄、性别作统计对比分析。结果 瞳距的总均值为 5 7.3mm± 4.4mm ,最小瞳距为 43mm ,最大瞳距为 69mm ;眶距总均值为 93mm± 6.8mm ,最小眶距为64mm ,最大眶距为 113mm ;双眼球突出度总均值为 15 .4mm± 1.8mm ,最小眼球突出度为 9mm ,最大眼球突出度为2 2mm。结论  5~ 17岁儿童少年的瞳距、眶距、眼球突出度随年龄增长而增加。 Objective To investigate the children’s developing rhythm in order to choose proper glasses. Methods Steel ruler and prism exophthalmometer were used for the measurement of pupillary distance,orbital distance and exophthalmos degree of 5 to 17 year old children in Kaifeng city .Compared analysis was done according to matched age and sex. Results Average pupillary distance is 57.3*!mm,minimum pupillary distance is 43*!mm,maximum pupillary distance is 69*!mm;Average orbital distance is 93*!mm,minimum orbital distance is 64*!mm,maximum orbital distance is 113*!mm.Maximum exophthalmos degree is 22*!mm. Conclusion The pupillary distance,orbital distance and exophthalmometer in 5 to 17 year old children increase with the growth of age.
