摘要
[目的]探讨护理干预对结核病病人服药依从性的影响。[方法]将150例结核病病人随机分为干预组及对照组,对照组采取一般护理,干预组在对照组的基础上进行护理干预,比较两组病人服药依从性。[结果]干预组病人服药主动依从率为97.5%,对照组为71.4%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]对结核病病人实施护理干预可提高病人的服药依从性。
Objective：To probe into influence of nursing intervention on oral drug taking compliance of patients with tuberculosis.Methods：A total of 150 patients with tuberculosis were divided into control group and test group randomly.Patients of control group accepted ordinary nursing care.Patients of test group accepted nursing intervention based on the ordinary nursing care.Oral drug taking compliance of two groups patients were compared.Results：The active compliance rate of test group patients was 97.5% and was 71.4% in control group cases.There was statistical significant difference between them（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：To carry out nursing intervention for patients with tuberculosis could enhance their oral drug taking compliance.
