摘要
本文对采用细菌内毒素检查法检测硫酸小诺霉素注射热原的可行性进行了研究。结果表明硫酸小诺霉素注射液稀释至５００单位／ｍｌ时，对细菌内毒素检查无干扰作用。与家兔法的对比试验中未发现细菌内毒素检查呈阴性而家兔法呈阳性结果。表明用本法进行硫酸小诺霉素注射液的热原初试是可行的。
The suitability of micronomicin sulfate injection on bacterial endotoxin test was studied. Micronomicin sulfate diluteel to 500u/nil did not interfere with bacterial endotoxim text. The results of bacterial endotoxin test and pyrogen test were the same.
