大学生人际冲突调解能力及其现状分析

摘要 目的探讨大学生人际冲突调解能力及其现状,为高校教育提供新的参考。方法通过自编问卷,对443名本科学生进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果大学生人际冲突调解能力的7个因素即取当事人立场、耐心、表达能力、公平公正、真诚、多方面考虑、客观的特征值分别为30.307,5.515,3.811,3.751,3.527,3.266,3.156;大学生人际冲突调解能力的得分为101.78,7个因素得分分别为36.78,13.79,14.92,6.93,6.40,24.17,10.58;男生与女生在调解能力上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大学生人际冲突调解能力由7个因素构成,取当事人立场得分最高,真诚得分最低;大学生人际冲突调解能力总体上处在中等水平;男生显著高于女生。 Objective To discuss the interpersonal conflict mediation ability of university students and its present situation,and to provide references for higher education.Method To investigate 433 undergraduate students with a self-designed questionnaire,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Seven factors including subjects' positions,patience,oral expression capability,justice,sincerity,comprehensive consideration and objective traits value,were 30.307,5.515,3.811,3.751,3.527,3.266 and 3.156 respectively;the score of interpersonal conflict mediation ability of university students was 101.78,and their scores in the seven factors were 36.78,13.79,14.92,6.93,6.40,24.17,10.58 respectively;the difference between boys and girls in mediation ability was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The interpersonal conflict mediation ability is made up of seven factors;the score in subjects' position was the highest and that in sincerity the lowest.Generally,the interpersonal conflict mediation ability of university students is at the medium level;scores of boys were significantly higher than those of girls.
