阑尾炎切口感染的术中预防

Prevention against Infection of Incisional Wound in Appendectomy

目的阑尾炎术中操作改进前后对阑尾炎切口感染的影响。方法回顾性统计分析我院在其它治疗方案基本一致的情况下,通过术中操作技术的改进,探讨手术操作对阑尾炎切口感染的影响。结果统计2004年前阑尾炎手术387例,切口感染9例,感染率2.33%;2004年开始术中操作技术改进后阑尾炎手术438例,感染2例,感染率0.46%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.46,P<0.05)。结论术中严格规范的无菌操作,可明显降低阑尾炎切口感染。

Objective To explore the effects of the improvement on operation on infection of incisional wound in appendectomy.Method To make a retrospectively statistical analysis of and an investigation into the effects of the operation in our hospital on infection of incisional wound in appendectomy after improving the skills in operation while other treatments remained substantially unchanged.Results According to the findings,of 387 cases of operations for appendicitis before 2004,9 cases were of infection of incisional wound and the rate of infection was 2.33%;of 438 cases of operations for appendictis after the improvement of skills in operation since 2004,2 cases were of infection and the rate of infection was 0.46%;the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=5.46,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Strict and standard aseptic manipulation in operation can significantly decrease the rate of infection of appendicitis incision.
