某高校教职工高血压、高血糖、高脂血症的调查分析

An Analysis of Hypertension,High Blood Sugar and Hyperlipidemia of Faculty Members at a University

目的了解高校教职工高血压、高血糖、高脂血症的患病情况,为预防保健工作提供依据。方法对安徽某高校1 061名教职工进行血压、血糖、血脂等检测,并对结果作统计分析。结果高血压、高血糖、高脂血症检出率分别为18.94%,10.74%,31.57%。高血压检出率男性(20.58%)高于女性(14.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高血压、高血糖检出率随年龄增加而增高,高脂血症检出率以35～54岁组最高。结论对高校教职工高血压、高血糖、高脂血症检出情况应予以重视,应加强疾病相关知识的健康教育,增进教职工健康的生活方式。

Objective To find out the prevalence rates of hypertension,high blood sugar and hyperlipidemia of faculty members at a university,and to provide basis for prevention and health care.Method 1 061 faculty members at a university in Anhui received examinations of blood pressure,blood sugar and blood lipid,etc.And the results were statistically analyzed.Results The detection rates of hypertension,high blood sugar and hyperlipidemia were 18.94%,10.74% and 31.57% respectively.Detection rate of male（20.58%） was higher than that of female（14.77%） in hypertension.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Detection rates of hypertension and high blood sugar rose with the age and detection rate of hyperlipidemia was the highest in the group aged between 35 and 54 years old.Conclusion We should pay attention to the detection of hypertension,high blood sugar and hyperlipidemia of faculty members in universities and should also emphasize the health education on diseases knowledge so as to promote healthy lifestyle of faculty members.
