摘要
为了分析橡胶颗粒对微表处性能的影响,通过对不同橡胶颗粒掺量的微表处混合料进行室内试验,对比分析了橡胶颗粒的加入对于稀浆混合料的水稳定性,抗磨耗性等性能的影响。试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒的加入改善了稀浆混合料的成浆性1能,延长了稀浆混合料的可拌和时间,虽然对于混合料的初期强度有一定的影响,但影响不大;同时,加入橡胶颗粒后,稀浆混合料的油石比提高了约1%,轮辙变形试验表明,橡胶颗粒的掺量不宜超过5%。
In order to analyze the impact of rubber particles on micro-surfacing properties, through laboratory tests on different content rubber particles in micro-surfacing mixtures, comparative analyze the impact of rubber particles on slurry mixtures' performances, such as water stability, wear resistance. The results show that: the addition of rubber particles improved the slurring performance of slurry mix- tures, extended mixing time of slurry mixtures. The addition of rubber particles impact on the initial strength of mixtures, but it is little effect. At the same time, adding rubber particles, the optimal asphalt content of the slurry mixture increased by 1%. Stability and resistance to compaction test shows that the content of the rubber particles should not exceed 5%.
